1. Returns Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of sweets and food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
- However, returns/replacements may be considered only if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive an incorrect item
- The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
- You provide clear photo evidence of the issue
- The product has not been significantly consumed
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
- Minor design or appearance variations (handmade/custom items)
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
- In some cases, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A store credit for future purchases
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only within a limited time after placing the order
- Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not allowed
6. Delivery Issues
