1. Returns Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of sweets and food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
  • However, returns/replacements may be considered only if:
    • You receive a damaged product
    • You receive an incorrect item
    • The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • You provide clear photo evidence of the issue
  • The product has not been significantly consumed

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
